Our process starts with an initial email, text or phone call to connect and gather basic details. We then arrange an in-person consultation to review your project objectives, budget expectations and assess site conditions and access, setting the foundation for a successful engagement 

Design, Pricing + Permits

Your project is designed with a clear scope and transparent pricing that outlines what’s included and what to expect every step of the way. If required, we will coordinate drawings, site plans and permit or variance applications so approvals are secured before construction begins. 

Construction + Inspections

Once permits are in place, we schedule and construct your project in the correct sequence, coordinating work so it aligns with all required inspections and building stages.
